Standard mode:

The SRVO provides a constant resistance(isotonic) throughout the range of motion.

 

Eccentric mode:

Eccentric mode on SRVO can provide more impactful training and stimulate muscle hypertrophy. Resistance is greater at eccentric contraction. Set weight on console is the weight during eccentric contraction.

 

Isokinetic mode:

Isokinetic mode provides full muscle stimulation throughout the range of motion. It is also a better way to train for explosive strength. The pulling speed remains constant but resistance varies. The faster you pull, the greater the resistance; the slower you pull, the lighter the resistance. Users can choose between fast and slow for different training purposes.

 

Instruction Content:

The SOLE+ can enhance the SRVO workout for users. SOLE+ provides 150+ exercise instruction videos and programs; users can customize their programs as well. SOLE+ stores your workout history for you to view your record at anytime.

SRVO Complete

    •  The resistance stops point setting to ensure the motor stops generating resistance below the set point; 
    • The static feature could automatically release all weight when the cable is held at the same position for 10 seconds. (time adjustable through SOLE+)
    • The dump feature automatically release all weight when tilted 15 degrees.
    • The drop feature If you are experiencing fatigue at any time during workout. Drop the accessories and motor will enter safe mode immediately, and no resistance will apply to the cable for 5 seconds.
